These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Pareidol (the "App"), an individually-developed application operated by Ryo Miyazato ("we", "us", "the operator"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

01The service

• Pareidol lets you photograph a cloud, trace a shape you see in it, and generate an AI picture based on your line drawing and a short word.
• AI-generated results are inherently unpredictable. The picture may not match what you imagined, may take time, or may occasionally fail. We do not guarantee any particular output or availability.
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the App at any time, with or without notice.

02Rights to generated content

• Pictures generated from your own line drawing and word ("your generated works") may be used freely by you, including for personal and commercial purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law and by our AI provider's terms.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your generated works and the inputs that produced them (line drawing, word, style setting) to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service — for example, caching, displaying them back to you, moderation, and (only if you separately opt in under "quality improvement" in Settings) model improvement.
• You must have the right to submit any photo or drawing you use as input, and must not submit content that infringes third-party rights.

03Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• Generate, submit, or share content that is sexual (especially involving minors), violent, hateful, discriminatory, or that harasses or defames others;
• Post another person's private information without consent, or impersonate others;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract source code or model weights from, or otherwise circumvent the protections of the App or its generation service;
• Abuse rate limits, quotas, or the free/paid tiers (e.g. automated mass requests, sharing accounts to bypass limits);
• Violate any applicable law, or infringe intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

We may remove content, suspend features, or restrict access for users who violate this section, without prior notice.

04Purchases and subscriptions

• The App may offer subscriptions and consumable credit packs, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play (processed via RevenueCat and the respective store's billing system).
• Prices, entitlements (e.g. daily generation limits), and billing cycles are as displayed in the App at time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
• Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled according to the policies of the App Store / Google Play through which you purchased, not directly by us.

05"Everyone's Sky" (shared feed / user-generated content)

• If you choose to share a generated work to the public feed ("Everyone's Sky"), it becomes visible to other users, generally without your account name unless you set a nickname.
• You are responsible for content you choose to share. We may use automated screening and user reports to review shared content.
• We may remove any shared content, restrict a user's ability to share, or take other moderation action at our discretion, including in response to reports, without prior notice.
• You can report content you believe violates these Terms; you can also block a user to stop seeing their shared works.

06Quality-improvement data (opt-in)

In Settings you may opt in to help improve generation quality. If enabled, your traced line input, the resulting picture, and the style setting may be retained to improve the AI generation, as described in the Privacy Policy. This is off by default and can be turned off at any time.

07Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
• As an individually-developed app, we make reasonable efforts to keep the service running and safe, but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

08Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.

09Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect once posted at this URL or shown in the App.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、宮里諒（個人開発者、以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリ「Pareidol」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

01サービスの内容

• 本アプリは、空の雲を撮影し、そこに見えた形を線でなぞることで、線画と一言の入力をもとにAIが絵を生成するサービスです。
• AI生成の性質上、結果は必ずしも予測どおりにならないことがあります。想像と異なる絵になる、時間がかかる、まれに生成に失敗する等の可能性があり、特定の結果や可用性を保証するものではありません。
• 運営者は、本アプリの内容の全部または一部を、予告の有無にかかわらず変更・中断・終了できるものとします。

02生成物の権利

• 利用者自身の線画と一言をもとに生成された絵（以下「生成物」）は、適用法およびAIプロバイダの規約が許す範囲で、個人利用・商用利用を問わず利用者が自由に利用できます。
• 利用者は運営者に対し、サービスの運営・保守・改善に合理的に必要な範囲（例：キャッシュ、利用者本人への再表示、モデレーション、および設定画面で別途「品質向上への協力」に同意した場合に限るモデル改善）で、生成物および生成の元となった入力（線画・一言・画風設定）を利用する非独占的な世界的ライセンスを許諾するものとします。
• 利用者は、自ら入力する写真・線画について必要な権利を有していること、および第三者の権利を侵害する内容を入力しないことを保証するものとします。

03禁止事項

利用者は、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 性的な表現（特に未成年に関するもの）、暴力的表現、差別的表現、他者への誹謗中傷・嫌がらせとなる内容の生成・投稿・共有
• 他者の個人情報を無断で投稿する行為、他者になりすます行為
• 本アプリまたは生成サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、ソースコード・モデルの抽出、その他保護機構を回避する行為
• レート制限・利用枠・無料/有料プランの濫用（自動化された大量リクエスト、上限回避のためのアカウント共有等）
• 適用法令への違反、第三者の知的財産権その他の権利の侵害

本項に違反した利用者に対し、運営者は事前の通知なくコンテンツの削除、機能制限、利用制限を行うことがあります。

04課金・サブスクリプション

• 本アプリは、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Playを通じたサブスクリプション・消耗型パック（クレジット）を提供する場合があります（決済処理はRevenueCatおよび各ストアの課金システム経由）。
• 価格・付与内容（1日あたりの生成回数上限等）・課金周期は、購入時点でアプリ内に表示された内容によるものとし、将来の購入について変更される場合があります。
• 返金・解約・課金に関する紛争は、運営者が直接対応するものではなく、購入元であるApp Store / Google Playの規約・ポリシーに従うものとします。

05みんなの空（共有フィード・UGC）

• 生成物を「みんなの空」に共有した場合、原則として利用者名を伴わず（ニックネームを設定した場合を除く）、他の利用者に公開表示されます。
• 共有する内容についての責任は利用者本人が負うものとします。運営者は、自動判定および利用者からの通報により、共有内容を確認する場合があります。
• 運営者は、通報への対応を含め、独自の裁量により、共有されたコンテンツの削除、共有機能の制限、その他のモデレーション対応を、事前の通知なく行うことができるものとします。
• 利用者は、本規約に違反すると考える内容を通報できるほか、特定の利用者をブロックしてその共有作品を今後表示させないようにすることができます。

06品質向上のためのデータ利用（任意）

設定画面で「生成の品質向上に協力」をオンにした場合、なぞった線の入力・生成結果の絵・画風設定が、プライバシーポリシーに記載のとおり、生成品質の改善のために保存されることがあります。既定はオフで、いつでもオフに戻せます。

07免責事項

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性・正確性・継続的な可用性等について、明示または黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。
• 個人開発のアプリとして、サービスの維持・安全確保に合理的な努力を尽くしますが、常時の可用性や無エラーを保証するものではありません。
• 法令上許容される最大限の範囲で、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、本アプリの利用により利用者に生じた損害について運営者は責任を負いません。

08準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して利用者と運営者との間に紛争が生じた場合、運営者所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

09規約の変更

運営者は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更できるものとします。変更後の規約は、本URLへの掲載またはアプリ内表示の時点から効力を生じます。
